1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by CamHelpDesk (a service brand operated by RK Software Solution, "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
CamHelpDesk operates as a service coordination platform that connects customers with independent, certified local technicians for home technology installation, setup, mounting, assembly, and network configuration services. We facilitate the booking, dispatch, and coordination of these services.
3. Service Provider Relationship
CamHelpDesk acts as a service coordinator. The technicians dispatched to your location are independent contractors vetted through our network. While we ensure all technicians meet our quality and background-check standards, CamHelpDesk is not the direct employer of these technicians.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted upfront before any service begins. Payment is collected at the time of booking via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods. Prices quoted are flat rates for standard services; additional charges for complex jobs will be communicated and approved before work begins. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

6. Service Guarantee
All services come with a 7-day post-service guarantee. If you experience any issues related to the work performed within 7 days of service completion, contact us and we will dispatch a technician to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee covers workmanship only and does not cover pre-existing equipment defects, user modifications after service, or damage caused by third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CamHelpDesk and RK Software Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
8. Independent Service Provider
CamHelpDesk is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by Ring, Nest, Arlo, Google, Amazon, IKEA, or any other manufacturer or brand. All brand names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.
9. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to: provide accurate information including your address and contact details; ensure safe access to the work area for the technician; be present (or have an authorized adult present) at the service location during the appointment; and notify us of any hazardous conditions at the service location.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
