Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Service

You may cancel a booked service at any time before the technician arrives at your location. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost to cover dispatch coordination costs.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All services are backed by our 7-day post-service guarantee. If you experience any issues with the work performed within 7 calendar days of service completion, contact us and we will dispatch a technician to address the issue at no additional charge.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if: we are unable to dispatch a technician to your area, the technician fails to show up at the scheduled time and we cannot reschedule within 24 hours, or if the service was not performed as described and our guarantee re-visit does not resolve the issue.

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for services that were partially completed or where the scope of work changed during the appointment.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for: services that have been satisfactorily completed, issues caused by pre-existing defects in your equipment or property, problems arising from modifications you made after the service was completed, or cancellations made after the technician has arrived and begun work.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue with your service, contact us within 7 days of service completion at support@camhelpdesk.live or call (844) 449-8576. Please have your booking confirmation or receipt ready. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
