Service Delivery Policy

Service Area

CamHelpDesk dispatches technicians across major metropolitan areas in the United States. Service availability varies by location and is dependent on technician availability in your zip code. We will confirm availability in your area at the time of booking.

Scheduling & Dispatch

After you book a service, our dispatch team assigns a certified local technician based on your zip code, service requirements, and availability. In most major metros, same-day or next-day service is available. For less-served areas, scheduling may take 2–3 business days.

Appointment Windows

We provide appointment windows (typically 2–4 hours) to account for travel time and prior appointments. Your technician will contact you when they are en route to your location. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 2 hours before your appointment window.

On-Site Service

An authorized adult (18+) must be present at the service location during the entire appointment. The technician will assess the work area, confirm the scope of service, complete the installation/assembly/setup, and walk you through the finished work before leaving.

Service Completion

Service is considered complete when the technician has finished the agreed-upon work and you have confirmed satisfaction. If any issue arises during the service that changes the scope or pricing, the technician will notify our dispatch team, and we will contact you to discuss options before proceeding.

Delays & Cancellations

In the event of unavoidable delays (weather, traffic, prior appointment overrun), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at your convenience. If we are unable to fulfill a booking, you will receive a full refund.
